Which areas do you serve?
We serve Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas. Message us on Zalo to confirm your address.
Can our family stay and witness the process?
Yes. If your family wishes to stay until the very end, we’re always glad to arrange it.
How long from pickup to receiving the ashes?
Usually within 24–48 hours, depending on the package. We’ll always confirm the exact timing with you beforehand.
Which animals do you accept?
Dogs, cats and other small pets, from 1–5kg. Heavier pets are welcome too, with a +50,000₫ fee per extra kg.
How does payment work?
Cash or bank transfer, once your family has confirmed a package with us on Zalo or WhatsApp.
